Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment for permanent makeup and any services over $100, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late Arrival Policy:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required for rebooking.
If you arrive late but can still be accommodated, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, but the full service price will still apply.
Please give us a call if you are running late so we can try to accommodate you and help you avoid losing your deposit.
